Section 6(5)(a) in Rajasthan Guaranteed Delivery of Public Service Rules, 2011

(a)If the designated officer does not comply with sub-section (1) of section 5, the applicant aggrieved by such noncompliance may submit an application directly to the first appeal officer. This application shall be disposed of in the manner of the first appeal.
