Section 18(1) in Maharashtra Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1969
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intend to be so done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
