BAIL APPLN. 4321/2021The applicant vide the present application under Section 439 of the Cr.PC, 1973 seeks the grant of bail in relation to the FIR No.416/2020, Police Station Karawal Nagar, under Sections 328/376/376(2)(N)/354C/509 /323/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that he is incarcerated since 10.10.2020.
