Following the decision given in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1701/2009 (Payal vs. State of Rajasthan and another) decided on 4.3.2009, it is directed to the respondents that if the petitioners submit proper representation for their posting as per preference given by the petitioners within a period of one month from today, then the same be considered and appropriate order may be passed by the competent authority.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
