Section 1 in The Saffron Grading and Marking Rules, 2012
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Saffron Grading and Marking Rules, 2012.(2)They shall apply to saffron and saffron powder obtained from the plant Crocus sativus Linn.(3)They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
