Section 146(j) in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976
(j)a Board of a society or an officer or member thereof, wilfully neglects or refuses to do any act, or to furnish any information required for the purposes of this Act, by the Registrar, or any other person duly authorised by him in writing in this behalf; or
