Section 18 in The Jammu and Kashmir Collection of Statistics Act, 2010
18. Penalty for obstruction of employees.
- Whoever, interferes with, hinders or obstructs any employee in the exercise of any power or duty conferred by this Act, shall be punishable with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with a fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or, in the case of a company, with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
