25. Associate Director (Administration).
(1)The Associate Director (Administration) shall be appointed in such manner, and on such terms and conditions of service, as may be specified by the Statutes.(2)The Associate Director (Administration) shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the Regional Centre and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be specified by the Statutes.
