Section 6B(a) in Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Rules, 1976
(a)Where a person desires that the sale by auction of any rural property may not be confirmed under these rules because of any material irregularity, or fraud, in the manner and conduct of the sale, he may make an application to that effect to the Sales Commissioner :
