PER PAWAN SINGH, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
1. These two stay application are filed by assessee for seeking the restrained order against the recovery of the outstanding demands against them.
2. At the outset of the hearing the ld AR for the assessee submits that the Tribunal has already passed order in both the appeals on 31.07.2018, therefore, both the application have become infructuous and the assessee 1 SA No. 370/M/2018 in ITA 484/M/2018 SA No. 371/M/2018 in ITA 492/M/2018 may kindly be allowed to withdraw the stay application. The ld DR for the revenue has no objection in withdrawing of both the applications by ld AR for the assessee.
3. Considering the submissions of both the ld. representatives of the parties, both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Order announced in open court on 10th August 2018.
