(7)Copies of any other documents or papers on the record of the CLB which the appellant proposes to refer to or rely upon at the time of hearing of the appeal.(e)If the appellant fails to supply paper-books as aforesaid, the Registrar may place the appeal before the Court for passing appropriate orders.
