Section 15 in Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003
15. Payment to minors.
- In the event of a minor becoming a prize winner, the prize money shall be given to his natural guardians on production of proof to the satisfaction of the Director regarding his/her guardianship. Failing to prove guardianship the amount shall be paid to the minor prize winner on his/her attaining age of majority
