Section 6 in The Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009
6. Filing of documents in Hindi.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations, the parties may file documents drawn up in Hindi, if they so desire:Provided that no information, reference or other papers contained in any language other than English shall be accepted by the Commission unless the same is accompanied by a true translation thereof in English as stipulated in regulation 7.
