Section 21(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Rules, 2018
(1)Any person who intends to develop or change any use of any land or building under the provisions of the Act shall, alongwith the application for permission on a prescribed form, pay the development charges levied at the rates specified in the Table as appended to these rules to the Authority, or to the Local Authority if powers have been delegated to the latter by the Authority under Section 115 of the Act:Provided that such development charges shall be levied only with effect from such date as the Government may by notification specify in that behalf.
