(c)advise the Manager on matters relating to-(i)the quality and quantity of food, tea, snacks and other items served or to be served in the canteen,(ii)the arrangement of menu and times of meals,(iii)the method and means of serving and distributing articles served in the canteen, and(iv)make such other suggestions and recommendation as in the opinion of the Committee may be necessary for proper functioning of or for improvement in the Canteen.
