Section 39(3)(a) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1974

(a)On receipt of an application under sub-rule (1), the officer-in-charge of the sanctuary or National park shall, alter making such inquiry as he may deem fit, register the name and other particulars of the applicant in Form No. 10.
