Section 11(5) in Tamil Nadu Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
(5)Every deep sea fishing vessel shall maintain a logbook and give the sailing note before each fishing voyage to the authorised officer and shall, on arrival also, inform the authorised officer promptly with crew list.
