Section 11(2) in Rajasthan Nazul/Devsthan Building (Disposal by Public Auction) Rules, 1967
(2)If the Disposal Committee is of the opinion that the price at which the property has been knocked down is a fair and reasonable price of the Nazul/Devsthan Building, it may approve the sale and convey its approval to the purchaser by registered post.
