Section 32(11)(a) in The Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003

(a)"the expected revenue from charge" means the total revenue which a licensee is expected to recover from charges for the level of forecast supply in any financial year in respect of goods or services supplied to consumers.
