This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents jointly submit that L.P.A. Nos. 761 of 2019, 762 of 2019, 767 of 2019 and 856 of 2019, arising out of the identical writ petitions, are pending before the Division Bench.
In view of the said pendency of the L.P.As., post this matter after disposal of the aforesaid L.P.As.
The parties are at liberty to move before this Court after disposal of the said L.P.As.
