Section 43 in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
43. Retirement of Teachers.
- Every Teacher of the University who is in receipt of pay in the revised scale of pay as in force on the appointed day shall retire from service on attaining the age of sixty years.
