Sixteenth Loksabha > Title: Election of two Members from Lok Sabha to the Spices Board for the period till they cease to be members of the House , subject to the other provisions of the Spices Board Act, 1986 and the rules made there under.
THE MINISTER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (SHRI SURESH PRABHU): I beg to move:
“That in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 read with Rule 4 and Rule 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner, as the Speaker may direct, two members from amongst themselves to serve as members of the Spices Board, for the period till they cease to be members of the House, subject to the other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.” HON. SPEAKER: The question is:
