Section 976(4) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(4)All import shall be subject to all rules made by the authorities of the State or Union Territory from which export is made and to the rules prescribed in this Chapter in regard to bonded warehouses and to import, and such other rules as he may hereafter from time to time be made in this behalf.
