Section 6(a) in Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958 - Rules framed under section 110
(a)If any application or appeal is made to the High Court, under the Act and any suit or other proceedings concerning the Trade and Merchandise Marks in question is pending before the High Court or any District Court, the High Court may stay such suit or proceeding until the disposal of the said application or appeal.
