Section 37(f) in U.P. Zila Panchayats (Conduct of Proceedings) Rules, 1962
(f)If the member does not comply with the direction of the Adhyaksha the latter may ask him to leave the meeting and if the member does not leave the meeting upon being directed to do so, the Adhyaksha may cause him to be removed, if necessary, by force.
