Section 17(1)(i) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009

(i)The State Government may appoint one of its Officers not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the State Government as Secretary to the State Advisory Committee and appoint such other staff, as it may think necessary to enable the committee to carry out its functions.
