(vii)the school has a reserve fund of Rs. 2,000 and all other funds (including reserve fund) are deposited in the Postal Savings Bank or in any Scheduled Bank in the joint names of the Secretary and the Headmaster. (Reserve fund should preferably be lodged in National Savings Certificates);
