ORDER
FACTS The Complainant vide his RTI application sought information on following points:
Page 1 of 3The CPIO vide letter dated 28.10.2020 furnished a reply to the Complainant. Dissatisfied with the reply received from the PIO, the Complainant filed a First Appeal. The FAA vide order dated 23.12.2020 upheld the reply of the CPIO. Thereafter, the Complainant filed a Complaint before the Commission.

The following were present:
Complainant: The Complainant attended the hearing in person. Respondent: The respondent Shri Kapil Kumar, AE attended the hearing.
The Complainant reiterated the contents of the RTI application and submitted that false and misleading information was provided by the CPIO. The Complainant further said that from the MLA fund three orders were awarded: 1 to Maintenance Division and Page 2 of 3
2 orders to Electrical Division. He also said that Maintenance Division has provided misleading and incomplete information to the Complainant despite the order of the FAA. Further, he stated that they had given unsigned work order to him and a completion certificate had also not been provided. Plus, he said the Electrical Division had also not provided the information he had sought. The Respondent present during the hearing submitted that a suitable response in accordance with the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005, had been furnished to the Complainant. The respondent further stated that the remaining information pertaining to Maintenance & Electrical Division will be provided to the appellant.
DECISION:
Keeping in view the facts of the case and the submissions made by both the parties and after perusal of the documents available on record, the Commission observes that the instant matter is a Complaint filed u/s 18 of the RTI Act where the Commission is only required to ascertain if the information has been denied with a malafide intent or due to any unreasonable cause which the Commission is not able to conclude in the present instance as information as per available records has been provided. However, CPIOs, Maintenance & Electricals, Keshav Puram Zone, North MCD, Delhi are cautioned to ensure that replies to the RTI applications in future are provided within the period stipulated under the RTI Act.
The Complaint stands disposed of accordingly.
