Section 7(6) in The First Statutes of the National Institutes of Technology
(6)A written notice of every meeting together with the agenda shall be circulated by the Registrar to the members of the Senate at least a week before the meeting:Provided that the Chairman of the Senate may permit inclusion of any item for which due notice has not been given.
