13. Repeal and savings.
(1)The National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2009 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under the regulations hereby repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these regulations, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these regulations.Appendix-1Norms and standards for diploma in early childhood education programme leading to Diploma in Preschool Education (DPSE)
