Section 1 in Delhi Stamp (Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Delhi Stamp (Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 2007.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
