1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for directions with respect to the change of name of the appellant.
2. It is submitted that pursuant to Section 58(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, the name of the appellant stands converted to "Domino Printech India LLP."
3. Thus, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the change of name of the appellant from "Domino Printech India Private Limited" to "Domino Printech India LLP" be recorded in the present proceedings.

4. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who submits that he has no objection to the present application, in view of the formal nature of the application.
5. Considering the submissions made before this Court, this Court notes the change of name of the appellant from "Domino Printech India Private Limited" to "Domino Printech India LLP."
6. Accordingly, the Amended Memo of Parties, filed along with the present application, is taken on record.
7. The Registry of this Court is directed to reflect the name of the appellant as "Domino Printech India LLP" in the Cause List.
8. With the aforesaid directions, the present application is disposed of.
