Section 5(a) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Class IV Service) (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1971
(a)In case any member is on leave, under suspension, training or on foreign service during the said period of two months, the option shall be exercised by him within two months from the date of his return to regular duty in the service;
