Section 270 in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
270. Saving as to certain suits and proceedings.
- Any suit or legal proceeding instituted or which, but for the coming into force of this Act, would have been instituted, by or against the Siliguri Municipality may be continued or instituted by the Corporation or the Chief Executive Officer, as the case may be, constituted or appointed under this Act.
