1.Vide its reference dated 05.11.2019, Govt. of NCT of Delhi had referred to this Court, for adjudication the following terms of reference:-
"Whether services of Sh. Sandeep Singh S/o Sh. Bahadur Singh have been terminated illegally and / or unjustifiably by LIR No.571/21 Page 2/2 the management and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"
2. Notice of reference was served upon the workman through his union on 23.09.2021 but none had appeared on his behalf despite repeated calls since morning.
3. Reference in this case was made on 05.11.2019. Statement of claim was required to be filed within 15 days but not filed till date despite service of Court notice upon him through his union. Hence, it appears that the workman is left with no dispute against the management and thus, he is not interested in diligently purusing his case any further. Therefore, 'No Dispute Award' is accordingly passed while answering the reference.
