Section 23(4) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(4)The Director of the school concerned shall be the Secretary of the Board ofstudies and he shall keep the record of the deliberations and present its recommendations tothe Dean, who may cause it to be presented before the Academic Council.
