Section 66(1) in The Code of Civil Procedure, Svt. 1977 (1920 A.D.)
(1)No suit shall be maintained against any person claiming title under a purchase certified by the Court in such manner as may be prescribed on the ground that the purchase was made on behalf of the plaintiff or on behalf of some one through whom the plaintiff claims 2. Inserted by Act No, XI of 1983, section 20 (w.e.f. 15-8-1983).[and in any suit by a person claiming title under purchase so certified, the defendant shall not be allowed to plead that the purchase was made on his behalf or on behalf of someone through whom the defendant claims.]
