2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 17.02.2015 it essentially appears to be a long standing dispute between the petitioner, his wife and his mother-in-law. There are several litigations pending between the petitioner and his wife. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to issue a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed. 23.04.2015 gms To
