Section 16(4) in Martin Luther Christian University Act, 2005
(4)The Registrar shall be responsible for the due custody of the records and the common seal of the University and shall be bound to place before the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor or any other authority, all a such information and documents as may be necessary for transaction of their business.
