Order 07/01/2022 In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its highly infectious Omicron variant, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.
The matter comes up on an application (inward no.03/2019) for taking the documents on record.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The documents are taken on record.
