Section 33(4) in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
(4)in sub-section (3), for the words, brackets and figures "sub-section (1) of section 33 and sub-section (1) of section 35" the words, brackets, figures and letter "sub-section (5) of section 33, sub-section (2) of section 35 and sub-section (2) of section 35A" shall be substituted.
