91. Levy of fees, charges, etc.
(1)The Corporation may from time to time, levy fee for licences issued or permissions granted under the provisions of this Act and also impose charges for any specific services rendered in pursuance of the provisions of this Act.(2)The State Government may, from time to time, prescribe the scale at which such fees may be levied or charges imposed.B.
