7. Power to make inquiry and call for information at the time of registration or renewal. - (1) Before granting registration to a warehouse under sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 4 of the Act, the Authority may make such inquiry and require such further information, as it deems necessary, other than the information furnished by the warehouse owner in its application in Form A-1.
(2)The Authority may call for any information at any time and same shall be furnished by the applicant within the time stipulated by the Authority.
