Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Act, 1971.(2)It extends to the whole of the State Tamil Nadu.(3)It applies to the agricultural colleges and institutions specified in the Schedule.(4)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
