Section 17(1) in The M.P. Vanijyik Kar Niyam, 1995

(1)An application for grant of a provisional registration certificate under Section 24 be made in Form 8 in duplicate to the Registering Authority and shall be signed and verified in the manner provided in sub-rule (1) of Rule 8.
