Section 17(2) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(2)Where a fresh regional development plan is require to be prepared under sub-section (1), the provisions of sections 15 and 16 shall, mutatis mutandis apply to the preparation and approval of such plan.
