ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking to declare the acknowledgment dated 22.02.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary besides directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to take up the annual list of the petitioner society vide Sec.9 of the A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 and keep the same on record within a time bound programme.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that after bifurcation, as per the application made by the petitioner, the registration certificate was issued bifurcating and re-registering the petitioner's society on 06.7.2007. In view of the re-registration done in favour of the petitioner's society, the rejection of the application of the petitioner for amendment of the society under Sections 8,9,10, 21, 24 and 26 of the Registration of the Societies Act on the ground of non-placing the records of the committee since 1977, is without valid reason.

Considering the re-registration certificate dated 06.7.2017, the endorsement dated 22.02.2022 is set aside and remanding the matter to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent is directed to re-consider the application made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
