Section 3(ii) in New Bombay Disposal Land Regulations, 1975
(ii)Payment of rents, taxes and other charges. - The lessee shall during continuance of the lease pay all rates, and other charges due ; becoming due in respect of the demised land by the Corporation ties thereof.
