Section 3(4) in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016
(4)The University shall be a body corporate by the name "Bhagwant Global University" and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by its name.(a)However, to establish new faculties where additional land would be required as per norms of the concerned regulatory body, the University shall establish a split campus either adjoining or nearby within District Pauri Garhwal or at any other location in the State.
