Section 118 in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
118. No right to appeal in certain cases.
- Whereas a co-operative bank with the previous sanction of Reserve Bank of India is being wound lip or a scheme of amalgamation or reorganization in respect of such co-operative bank is given effect under chapter XIII of this Act. no appeal against it shall lie or be permissible and the sanction or approval of Reserve Bank of India shall not be called in question before any court of law.
